• This boat recently made the trip from Baltimore to Norfolk without any problems, so she is ready to sail!
  
• Boat has fresh blue deck paint and re-varnished teak
  .
• Two ICOM VHF radios.
  
• A full keel puts her at about a 4' draft.
  
• Rudder and a beautiful wooden tiller are in great shape.
  
• Standing rigging is recently replaced, and in excellent shape. Bottom paint is 2 years old. Outstanding anti-fouling paint was used last, and there is little growth on the underside. There are no known blisters, however the bottom has no recent inspection. My recommendation would be to re-apply bottom paint this winter.
  
• One main with canvas cover sail is included; it has short battens and one reef point. THREE jibs are included! Two are working jibs, and there is also a huge North Sails Genoa that she loves on light wind days. All are in good working condition.
  
• Fresh battery runs the all-functional running lights, automatic Rule brand bilge pump, interior lights, and the outboard's electric start. Solar battery charger is included.
  
• The outboard is a Chrysler 9.9hp 2-stroke with electric start that fires right up and runs very well. I don't know the year - it looks like an older outboard to me- but it's got no issues. New gas can just installed.
  
• Galley has a single burner propane stove, a sink, and a large icebox with drain that lasts for days and days. There is a fresh water holding tank, but it needs a cleaning.
  
• Head without holding tank.
  
• Two anchors and anchor buoy.
  
• Coast Guard package includes flares, horn, many life jackets, and a fire extinguisher.
