Catalina 30 For Sale!

• 1994 Catalina 30 Mark II, standard rig, wing keel. The hull # is 6227, the last MK II was 6254, so she is the last of the MK II's.
  
  Fresh water sailed for the past 7 years. She did not leave the dock for the past 2 years, prior to that she was sailed sparingly as a day sailer. Very, low hours on the engine, less than 425. She is also wired for an external tv antenna. A lot of custom features in the cabin with BMW carpet, replacement rub rail still in the box, have new replacement monofilament line for Dutchman, and leather wrap kit for wheel.
  
  The survey that I had completed upon purchase is available. I also have a copy of the survey that the prior owner had performed. Also have a dozen or so photos.
