O'Day Daysailer II
For Sale!
- This ready-to-sail, classic 17' fractional sloop has been overhauled and
refurbished and is well built, a snap to sail, launch, retrieve and transport.
It is fast, forgiving and a great all-around small daysailer that can accommodate
a crew of 1-4 adults for an entire day of sailing, thanks to a small cuddy cabin
for storage of gear. It comes with a 2006 Tohatsu 6 HP motor, in excellent condition,
to get in and out of difficult launch areas. The main sail and jib are newer and
are in excellent condition. The trailer for this boat has been extensively refurbished,
with a new axle, wheels, wiring and lights, and is in like-new condition. Why
would I sell such a great boat? Well, it's the age-old story of a man with two
boats and a wife who says, "that's one too many boats parked in my yard –
get rid of the smaller one!"
