1982 Com-Pac 23' in a Florida Marina- $6100
- Anyone familiar with Com-Pac yachts will know what a wonderful vessel this
is.
- This Com-Pac 23' is well equipped with a trusty 8.5hp two stroke engine,
roller furling, bimini, new Porta-potti, galley including sink and alcohol stove
and vhf radio.
- This Com--Pac has a solid fiberglass hull and deck as well a dry bilge.
- The bottom is cleaned regularly and all wood has recently been restored and
new lines have been fitted.
- There are five life jackets and an anchor.
- This great little boat has recently completed a mini cruise down to Egmont
Key and performed wonderfully in some extreme weather.
The Com-Pac factory is located in Clearwater, Florida. I have found them to
be extremely helpful and parts are readily available.
This boat is ready to sail and available with a transferable slip in Palm Harbor,
just off Honeymoon Island.
