Fresh water boat for 21 years. Reconditioned in 1998 (Imron paint - entire topsides off white, Island Packet color, boom and mast painted Imron gray). Fresh New Bottom (March 2007)

Sail plan - sloop, 2 mains (new North with partial full battens, two sets of reinforced reef points, reconditioned Hood, fair condition). Mainsail area is 210 sq. feet. Headsails (3), 150% reconditioned, fair condition, 130% good condition, 98% excellent condition. Sail bags for each sail. Heavy duty Forespar line control whisker pole.

All running rigging is New England Ropes. Two new head sail halyards. Two new main sail halyards. Spinnaker hardware is attached, (new Garhauer) blocks). Garhauer backstay and a Garhauer ridged vang (no need for a topping lift). Profurl furling (installed 2002). Garhauer sheet blocks. Barient 23 self-tailing winches, one Barient 10 winch on the cabin roof and 3 Barient winches on the mast.

Universal Diesel tuned every 50-100 hours
Easy engine access. Alternator, Hoses, Stainless Steel Shaft and Coupling, and Cutlass Bearing have all been replaced within the past few years. A spare cutlass bearing stored on the boat. Two props, Martec folding prop is presently installed and was reconditioned by Martec. Also a 2 blade prop is stored on the boat.

Anchor- 22 lb Delta Fast Set with 55 feet of 3/8" galvanized chain attached to 200 feet of 9/16" New England Ropes rode and an 18 lb. Danforth with 30 ft. 3/8" galvanized chain and 200 ft of ½" New England Ropes rode. The anchor locker is located on the bow and can hold all of the above anchors and rode, additionally the bow has an anchor roller.

Two 12-volt Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) Batteries The batteries are group 31 and hold 220 amps. The batteries are charged by a solar panel (32 w) attached to a 20w regulator that indicated voltage and wattage.

Navman Speed and Depth installed in front of the keel and easily accessed from the forward cabin. Garman 300 GPS on the binnacle. Yacht Specialties wheel steering, Danforth binnacle compass. Edson dingy motor bracket on the stern. Bimini with side enclosures that have windows. Cockpit cushions, helmsman seat with storage. Stainless steel hand rails topside and in the cockpit.

Cabin Amenities-Origo two burner non-pressurized alcohol stove with lots of storage underneath. Lots of dry storage. Leaded glass liquor cabinet door with the other cabinet doors are made of being wicker for good ventilation. Huge 8 cubic foot icebox. Settee berths are 6' 6", port side seatback mounts to form a double berth, and starboard seatback lifts to make the settee berth wider. The V berth is very large at 6' 6" by 6" 6". Stainless steel sinks in the galley and the head. Replaced hose to the new 15 gallon holding tank and to both the overboard exit and the pump out.

The boat is anchored in St. Marys River, off of Lang's West Dock, St. Marys, GA
